 The
Enchanting Sea-Dragon Healing Sanctuary: Other Possibilities
One of the key symbols of its Cornish mother goddess of fertility,
Kerid/Ceridwen was the sacred sea-serpent or dragon to be found
carved on rocks in the Scillies, also, still appearing as the
engravings of craftsmen on C11th church stone fonts & more
complex Celtic Crosses. It is also the 'feminine energy' aspect
of that familiar, universal 'ancient-Egyptian' healing symbol,
the DNA double-helix or "Caducius" which has
been found on a bronze-age chieftain's sword-scabard excavated
in the nearby Luxulyan Valley area.

Cornwall is the Holy Land of ancient Britain. In the
6th century, Kernow, as its Celtic name is spelled, extended
far beyond the Tamar, almost as far as Mendip Hills and, also
included the sacred centre of Glastonbury. It is a peaceful
land whose only actual experience of war was in the "English
Civil War" of the 1640's, and so, in troubled times, was
one of the places chosen for spiritual retreat by the plethora
of male and female Saints/seekers of God of the 3rd to 5th centuries,
who took refuge, here, from strife-&-persecution stricken
Europe. Thus it is that almost every hamlet, village & town
had or has its own Saints & Celtic cross(es). These did
not come as evangelists, but, rather, came to seek their ideal,
Essene-type communal lifestyles or to be anchorites, like sanyassins
in the forests of India, and served the native community as
healers & medicine people. Thus, they gently spread the
light of their teachings of Christ, in creative interaction
with the older, aboriginal, native Earth-Mother tradition.

LORD'S PRAYER (The early Christian/Cathar Holy Communion)
We have experienced this sacred ceremony, as presided over by
Simon Peter Fuller of Wholistic World Vision (with
which we are connected) at the 11th Century Cathar Chateau
Castel Franc near Castre, East of Toulouse, during the course
of our spiritual pilgrimage around ancient pre-Christian and
Cathar sacred sites in the Languedoc Region of France.

BLESSING OF THE SUN & MOON
For the mutual dedication of couples (whether long married,
recently married or otherwise) to cherishing the sacredness
of all life, in which all men-women are seen as embodiments
of God, the Goddess on Earth, together with the Creator Holy
or Great Spirit. Participants receive a copy of the scroll of
these vows, which adds/incorporates their names, to be signatured
by the couple and the dedication takes place by a Sacred Spring,
in a grove.
OCEAN THERAPY
Working with the power of the sacred mother to cleanse and to
heal. We will visit the local Cornish sea, shore, and cliffs
to bring this energy into our inner selves to enable us to use
this power on all levels of our lives to energise and transform
them.

TO SPIRIT, WITH GRAVE PREPARATION
In your own garden, with an individual, commemorative
epitaph poem, printed out, so to be framed by & cherished
by the bereaved owner. As a gardener, over the years,
I have done this, on an adhoc basis, for several of my customers,
and for our own pets, also creating a commemorative "little
garden" around the grave, if required - a "local Fowey
